Distribution of Abstract lighting is managed in-house at the companies Head-quarters in Leicestershire, UK, where manufacture and logistics are handled along with research and development of the companies ever expanding range. The support of Abstract and their sister division AVR are supported by Abstract technical team together with the experience of Sabre technicians.
International support is supplied by local country distributors that are serviced directly from the UK supplying original spare parts in accordance with the companies support program.
Booking a non warranted service repair outside of the warranty is simple and easy online. Once your return has been submitted online you will receive a booking reference number that will allow you to track your repair and it’s works progress. This service is available only in the UK

Reporting a warranted repair or exchange online is fast and simple to book using our online service. Simply book your product in for assessment and once assessed you will receive a returns number exclusive to your product. This number will allow you to check the status of the repair or exchange online making the process more efficient
